One think that the fans of other teams are happy about is "hard to not just point and laugh at Utah lol".
Nobody likes shameless tankers.
Thanks a lot. It’s all your fault!Oh my God, I completely nailed it. Now I believe the conspiracies. ****ing nailed all 3 of those teams jumping into the top 4. Yeah of course. **** the NBA. It's all ********.
we'll get whoever is the worst fit for our franchise. bet on itBetween Tre and VJ, I think VJ is a better fit super athletic and a good defender and we need all the defenders we can get. Hes the better building block for the jazz try again next year.
Oh it was much, much, much more probable than let's say things going chalk for the top4 picks.Oh shut up.
The Mavs and their 1.8% chance was not the most probable thing to happen.
I had Ace as my 2nd pick earlier in the season but Harper outplayed him in the 2nd half; if Ace is there at 5 I would be glad to have him on the Jazz - he reminds me of JJJ. If Tre is there I can live with him also though I prefer Ace over him.Actually, VJ is who Charlotte will pick. Jazz will get Ace or Tre.
We’ve completely jettisoned every piece of the past sans Thurl, Booner, and Dan Roberts.Has anything good happened to the Jazz since that backwards hat wearing goofball Ryan bought the team?
I agree with this. Hoping and praying for lottery luck is a Fool’s errand. The stupid *** Favors trade has hamstrung this team for years now. Just go get the best players you can and look to exploit opportunities that come up.Most grown post I’ve seen on JFC in years. I agree with every word — we had the least ethical NBA season in franchise history with a 5th pick to show in a four person draft. I think the truth is that the NBA is unpredictable and you need to turn the other way when the crowd think becomes overwhelming. What matters most is good organizational culture with constantly trying to acquire as much talent as possible. Rolling the dice on 18% odds just isn’t worth it. Teams narrowly missing the play in are now winning lotteries.
Our last contending core was built around a 13th and 27th pick we traded for, that hit their ceiling due to poor asset management. Prior to that, we traded up for a 3rd pick and signed a free agent. Prior to that, two picks in the teens.
At this point I suspect we will start shopping Lauri trades. See y’all in 12 months for lottery 2026
