i too agree that posters should reside in a pocket of plausible deniability forever so they can continue to disrupt every thread they post in with literally no repercussions so the spineless moderators can feel like they're playing lawyer? or something?

To steal from Vinyl, a little self honesty would be nice. If we are honest with ourselves and DON"T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHERS MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE DONE, even if we are not offended or agree with the offended we all know if what we said or posted could within reason offend somebody and get a warning.
I've gotten 4 or 5 total I think in my 8 or so years here none were done with malice, just joking back and forth but we all know the rules and its not like this site is a birth right it is a privilege.
So to sum this up, grow up people and if you got a warning like it or not you got it and just remember what got you it and try not to repeat the same thing too many times as to get banned.

...I am going to drop this subject and thread at some point..,but it still seems unfanthomable to me that getting two infractions one for saying Klinko is going to Miami because the county is giving away free AK47's and the other for pointing out that a self-centered rookie who gringes and rebels at even the slightest suggestions from his coach has a problem with authority....could result in two infractions! It's like strip searching an 80 year old women named Sally Smith at the check in line at the airport, while letting 10 people who look like Muslims and dress like Muslims and have Muslim names......walk right through and on to the plane!
