What were your infractions for?

...I hope your sitting down, because this is so funny and trivial that you will probably roll over laughing! One was for a thread I started indicating that Klinko was headed for Orlando, because the city was giving away free AK 47's! The other one was for a comment I made about Cousins who plays for the Kings and was rebelling against the head coach Westphal over some instructions he was given....so I said he must be having problems with "white authority figures!" It was somehow deemed "racist"!

I'm pretty sure that the majority of the current mods weren't mods when this happened.

This has been a long standing policy on this board. Posters who use misleading thread titles and post garbage such as that in the thread receive warnings. More than one poster has been banned for doing this repeatedly.

....I'm appealing a supposed violation that is as bogus as the day is long and at the very least open to someone's personal interpretation, someone who, in all probability, has an axe to grind with me!

....that's my point! I've never done anything like this before, thus I think it only fair to have maybe been kindly warned with a pm message, rather than having the penalty imposed to the fullest degree of the law!

And it's convenient for CJ that he hasn't bothered to quote himself verbatim, so I will help out:

He's more than likely just like you said....an "angry" black man who has serious problems with authority!

It's absurd for so many reasons. Carolina is clearly in the wrong and it's bizarre that he thinks his posts are okay. Maybe he means: they're okay in comparison with some of the other things that go unpunished. Which is a very low standard for a person to have for himself. Also I have no idea what kind of help he's actually asking for from his fellow Jazzfanz posters. I found that pretty unclear.
