I'm pretty sure Bernie is 100% in. If this doesn't happen it will be because Trump backs out.

It wasn't from him directly. Just tweets from 'sources" to news agencies and what not.

This. Bernie has been talking about how he would "LOVE" to debate Trump ever since the primary started.
Trump went on the Kimmel show and said he would debate Bernie so long as the proceeds went to charity.
Bernie tweets "YES" and says lets do it before the Cali primary.
This morning there's rumours from Trump's camp saying he doesn't want to do it.
