Been to court twice on this already this week. The next big date is Thursday when various groups are petitioning the Court to have the measure struck from the ballot (i.e. before people even vote on it) as presumptively invalid.

If you want to pass a law that says every fetus has to be extracted live, fine. Otherwise, the right of the fetus, even if they are considered fully people, don't overrule the rights of the woman carrying it.

This is the most stupid, dumb, ridiculous argument ever made. Right of the woman? LOL. She had sex didn't she? She knew that when she had sex, there was the chance she would get pregnant, didn't she? It's called consequences. If you aren't ready for a baby, don't have sex. It's pretty simple. The second you have sex, you are opening yourself up to being pregnant, and the consequences that come from being pregnant. To say the woman has a right to kill another person because of a conscious and willing decision she made is just stupid.

No one is possibly really against abortion because they think killing an unborn child is wrong, it is all about controlling women and there is zero possibility of any other motive? So when they say it is about the unborn child they are all lying and trying to hide the fact that they really think all women are second-class citizens and deserve to be controlled in all aspects of their lives? What about women against abortion? Same there too? I guess it makes it easier to dismiss any and all argument or thought when you can comfortably claim "crazy" is their REAL motive.
