What's new

Kinda seems like we’re heading towards a high 20’s, low 30’s season. When we lose the pick, it will be worth it because Brice got taught a lesson.

Celtics had a comically bad shooting night. I’m going to be this Walker thing keeps him off the court a while. I think the tank is secure. We are once again trying to thread the needle but I don’t think we lose the pick.

Meh….depends on what you mean by secure. I would bet on us keeping the pick, but likely cutting it close. If you want one of the top 3-4 lotto spots, that seems unlikely at this point.

But the thing about Hard Willy is that even if we had no pick at all, I don’t think it’s best for the franchise to limit minutes for young guys. I actually have a hard time thinking this is about “accountability” and it’s just more about Hardy playing who he wants to without consideration for development.

I’m glad the young guys are getting some run here, but I’m pretty sure these close wins against Phoenix and Boston are going to haunt the Jazz down the road.
I dunno, I heard this exact thing after every win last season, and it didn’t turn out to be true.

We’ve played a pretty damn soft opening schedule to be honest- I don’t think we need to be worried yet.

Eh, I think Hardy has a tough job. The absolute zero effort on defense that we’ve seen shouldn’t ever be acceptable- he’s also responsible for developing good habits in these young players and basic accountability will need to be part of the teams culture if we ever want to be a championship team.
