I have my panties in a wad because the adults of the nation are collectively swatting the butts of my Tea Party brats for acting like babies. That big bad meanies so mean so vitriol cuz they won't give me my way. Let's give up on democracy and refuse to perform our constitutional duties. If you really are upset, and I doubt it, then call yout senator and congress man. Get your family, friends and neighbors to do so.
 
Reports are that no headway at all was made at the white house dinner between dems and repubs. Looks like this will drag into at least next week. Then we start approaching the debt ceiling deadline of 10/17.

Federal workers, dependents and programs are being offered up to score cheap political points. Absolutely disgusting. ****ing ********.
 
I've already got friends looking for any type of job to hold them over because they just know this will take a while.
It just ticks me off.

Is this the sort of crap it takes to get most apathetic Americans to start to care about their government and do something about it, or will we just grin and bear it like the other crap?
Like boiling a frog, us being the frogs?
