OFFICIAL Big Enes Injury Update/Watch Thread

It's cool man, I'm not upset, all I'm saying is it seems like people blame all sorts of things on Ty Corbin. I mean it's unfortunate that Kanter is hurt but let's not jump to conclusions about how he is going to develop years from now.

1) Kanter is good and will get better.
2) Ty sucks and will not get better.

Kanter dislocated his LEFT shoulder. Original "official" reports said it was subluxed. It was not subluxed (partial dislocation). Out at least 2 weeks. Original reports said subluxed. But now they say it was not - it was a full dislocation. They said it did not come back on its own.

That picture looks like his arm is dislocated. It looks like there is a divot in his shoulder. Luckily its his left arm, which would probably mean an earlier return. But I wouldn't be surprised if he was out for the year. Let him come back in the play... oh wait. He's likely out for the year.

The worst season in the history of the NBA just got even worse. Sorry fellow Jazz fans, I feel your pain. Shut Enes down and get him healthy for next year.

Enes first question after being hurt, "did we get the jump ball?"

I hope we make the playoffs and I hope big Enes plays. I think playoff experience, even being swept, is an important part of a young players development.

why out 2 weeks. i remmeber back in the day when i did udo competition that quite a few dislocated shoulders happened. those guys would get treatment(pop it back in and just fight on for the whole day

Here's hoping that the treatment is all about tightening up the tendons so that it doesn't pop out again. I really hope that surgery isn't coming.

They probably have jacked up shoulders now.

If complete ACL tears are going to commonly only require time, I have hope for this injury. Still, approach all of this with caution and diligence on getting better.

Aah he'll be fine. But let's just hope it won't stay with him for the rest of his life to fall off every time he pushes it too hard. His unluckiness really annoys me. No NCAA, then lockout then this? The ****?!

Did their arms fall off after a couple years? We want kanter to play here for 20 years, not come back in and ruin his career.
