I have no ****ing idea. Im useless when it comes to the draft as I dont watch college ball. What I do know is that I get sick and tired or Sloan and KOC make statements that we dont have a very athletic team. Well, then draft or acquire an athletic ****ing player.
 
I totally agree with you Vinyl, but thought that since Siler talks to the Jazz players and management all the time, he might have some insight that some posters might be interested in.

Cousins or Aldrich should be the guys according to me too.

How? Where the Jazz have been drafting in the past those type of guys are long gone. And if you don't have pieces to trade for those type of guys then how do you do it. We all want exactly what you are saying but you can't just pull it out of a hat because you want it that way.

Let me be clear, if the Jazz draft Aldrich, I will boycott the season again...like I did this past season. Writers like Steve Luhm want us to believe that there are no comparisons between Aldrich and Ostertag. In short, ********. Aldrich will turn out to be another Bordchardt.

I just watched some Cousins videos...kid looks impressive.

Are you saying no other teams after us have drafted athletic big men over the years?

With this I completely agree.
 
Nah, Aldrich will be a decent player. He's not injury-prone like Borchardt. He's a better shooter than 'Tag, although if he keeps bringing the ball behind his head, he's going to have guards sneaking in behind for the block.
I see him as a guy that could average 12/10. Good player, just not good enough to close the gap on Bynum/Gasol.

Jazz could still win 50 if they drafted Aldrich and lost Boozer. Do that, though, and make no other moves and Deron is going to DEMAND a trade.
