What the **** was Hield thinking going up with that with his left hand on the left side? He needed to do a reverse if he wanted any chance of making it.
Served it up with his non dominant hand… smart dude.

No no no, don't you listen to the bandwagon fans? Gobert CANNOT guard anyone on the perimeter and going small is the way to completely negate his impact. He is a bumbling idiot when there are smaller players to guard, obviously. No way Gobert can pull this off, I refuse to believe what was shown in that video. Fake news!

Dunk that, or kick it out to the wide open three in the corner.
The thing is, they lose sight of him out of their peripheral vision and it tells them they are in the clear, so they do not expect the long long arms to be there when they get to the rim. We have seen it time and time again. They think they have him beat, but his recovery is otherworldly and so most players just cannot anticipate that.

It's Buddy Hield man. If he tried to gather for a dunk (which he is not a dunker), Gobert is blocking it (and he probably cant even fully see where Gobert is). If he tries to go up on the right side, Edwards is probably blocking it or stripping it. Buddy Hield is not a drive and kick player.

I would take the chances on the right side though... ya know rather than trying to finish with my non-dominant hand while daring the three time DPOY to block it.

Not a knock on Rudy. Was a part of me that was still happy he won since he was the reason they won at the end.... drained the free throws and got the block. Teammates were super happy with him too which is good to see. I just thought it was pretty dumb attempt by Hield... he chose the worst of like 3-4 options right there.

Turner hit a couple threes to bring the pacers back at the end... and Rudy let effing McDaniels have it... was pissed. I think he is in eff it mode... they gonna blame this **** on him then he's not gonna hold back.

Excited to see big fella Friday... gonna have to watch the game late though. Better get an applause that rivals free Chick-fil-a.

I think players think they are beating Gobert though, and they can physically see Ant there 100% whereas Gobert it's a guess. (Ant also has been a freaking mad man on D lately with strips. Gobert and KAT being out may have unlocked Edwards on the defensive end).

Overall it's Buddy Hield, not a guy known for his finishing/attacking ability, so you expect him not to make the best play in that situation.

I wonder what the Wolves could get back for KAT?

His rep might be damaged a bit, but enough people will blame it on Gobert that he will still have a lot of value.

Minnesota shot 54.2% from the field tonight.

Edwards/Russell went 8/13 from 3.

Gobert/Edwards/Russell all had 24+ points.

They still lost… Minnesota is doing the lord’s work for us.

Minnesota is ****ing terrible. Gobert has 14 points/18 rebounds and they’re down 20 to Portland at the end of the 3rd.
