This loser's mentality is exactly what I'm talking about. Injuries killed us last year. KILLED us. No Exum for the season. Burks missed nearly 60 games. Favors and Gobert each missed significant time. Because of that, we were thin all season long and our bench sucked. And despite all that, we just missed out on the playoffs by a game. Hell, the Rudy-Favors-Hayward-Hood were the sixth best four-man lineup in the entire NBA last season. It's just that they played together not nearly as much as they could have had they been healthy. Now, add all the aforementioned injured guys back, healthy and hungrier after a disappointing season. Add in other guys for not just legit depth but vet experience in Joe Johnson, George Hill (who will start), and Boris Diaw and our team could effing scary.

#1 seed.

Go run and hide on some other forum if you aren't up to go to war with these guys. We'll give you a dishonorable discharge.

There is a difference between realistic expectations and delusion. You are being delusional. Yes, Jazz should be much better this year, but was there a team ever who jumped from not making playoffs in 3 years to a 1st seed? Exum and Hill are not going to make that type of difference. Johnson and Diaw are washed up veterans ( Johnson plain sucked in playoffs this year). Some injuries, trades or some other **** will happen inevitably. Jazz bench is still very mediocre. Heck I would be over the moon with making playoffs for a change and home court advantage is absolute ceiling for this team. Wake up from your dream, seriously.
