PKM - Nice to have ya! I'm the most sensible one here and have a wealth of basketball knowledge (high school, college, and nba). One of my most entertaining, non-****, internet experiences was going on rupp rafters during the Billy G days. A home loss to some scrub team was the best melt-down I've seen. A close second was UT's board after Lane bolted for USC.
Here's a few things you need to know about the Jazz this season:
-Paul Millsap is the easiest basketball player to root for. Not only is he a great player, but he's humble and works hard. I call him The Pony or Perfect Paul. His generic nickname is 'Sap
-Deron Williams is a God
-C.J. Miles is a budding superstar. 6'7, smooth lefty, can score in bunches, and a very underrated passer and athlete
-Kosta Koufos was a first round draft pick a few years ago. He has bad acne and has yet to show signs of being a consistent contributor. Caught on film saying "Boom, Bitches!" after scoring a putback in the playoffs
-Ron Boone, an announcer for the Jazz telecasts, is one of the best homers in the biz. However, dementia has set in at a rapid pace and sometimes the things he comes up with will make your head hurt.
-If Kyle Korver resigns, prepare to see a one-trick pony. I call him Sally Korver.
Glad to have you aboard! Let me know if you have any questions regarding the Jazz and their future. I'd be glad to answer using flawless logic.
P.S. Anthony Epps was my favorite college player when I first started getting into college basketball (I'm 26 now).
