I can say the same... this team surprised me with grit, team effort and big heart at the end of the season. Well done, respect and thank you all Jazz players and coach Corbin! Now go get the Spurs.... that would be sweet - last year Memphis, this year Jazz kicking them out lol.

Man, look at Derrick Favors tonight. We are building expectations for the future now. I like what we are doing. If we want a lottery pick, we can trade for one with relative ease.

Iam really thrilled for Corbin and the young guys. I do not care even if we get swept in the first round. Just the taste of playoffs, the fact that we won enough to be there in the first place and the hard work needed to get to and then win in the playoffs are all important lessons for the youngsters already on this team. You dont just like that go deep into the playoffs or become a contender without taking some hard hits first. (especially if you are rebuilding primarily through draft picks and not following the Celtics model of trading for aging all stars for a short window of opportuity)
Plus the ownership gets to pocket a couple of million dollars or so in revenue and also get the fans excited about the next season.

This was kinda the way I felt for the past few games. I'm happy we made the playoffs, but it sucks we lost our pick. Maybe the coin flip will be with us and we get the Warriors pick. The best of both worlds...we make the playoffs and get a lottery pick.

Look on the bright side of all of this. Those players that are not in the long term plans just increased their trade value with their play to get into the playoffs.

Geez Debbie Downer, can you give it a rest? You want to complain and complain about GS tanking tactics yet your angry that Utah didn't out tank them in that game? Frankly, I'd be ashamed of my team if they had done what you suggest. For all we know it will turn out better in the long run for us anyway. There are so many variables that it's just stupid to keep claiming that we would have been better off throwing our ethics in the toilet while telling our players that not only are we willing to cheat, but we're happy that our cheating cost them a trip to the playoffs despite their awesome finish to the season.
