Deepest condolences to you both. I wanted to post a couple of days ago, but chose to wait until the thread was bumped. It says a lot that both of you are able to share your experiences. I think sharing your struggles is one of the best things a human being can do for one's self and for those listening as well.

Wanted to offer both of you my condolences. It's amazing to me that even on a message board like JazzFanz, that posters can share love and compassion, and lend an ear to a friend in need.
