Police Power and Racial Tensions in Ferguson, Missouri

This is a great video. This guy details it all out.

I think this cop is probably going to get off if this is all true. If so, I wonder how big drama will get?

LOL at this video, granted I only watched 5 minutes which was enough to tell me that some white guy who claims to know the truth is rationalizing away the responsibility of the the cops. Why put pictures of a teenage boy giving the finger, why is this guy trying to demonize the kid by mentioning he might have used drugs. What does his size have to do with anything? and trying to imply the media was mentioning that both in this case and the Martin case that they were unarmed.. Guess what they both where unarmed!!!!! This is the point and is the only thing that matters. Even if you are committing a crime, unless you fire upon a police or try to run them over or try to stab them, a person should expect not to get shot. If the kid was too big then call for back up, I see old people or young kids walking in the middle of the street all the time, but I've never seen a cop shoot one because they were. For the record the guy wouldn't know the truth if it hit him in the face.

It's too bad Brown had to die.
But generally in these kind of encounters both sides have made a series of stupid decisions that finally end badly.
Cop seemed like he was trying to wound Brown to stop him. He shot him on the right side away from heart.
Seems like as Brown stumbled or went down from wounds cop kept shooting and shot him in head.
Just speculating.
May never know what actually happened.
This ended badly for all involved.

Why would the cop need to keep shooting? Six bullets come on that is ridiculous!!!

Absolutely nothing great about this guy's speculation.

They saying Michael Brown charged the officer.

There is a rumor out there that Michael Brown charged the cop after he had already assaulted the cop. That's supposedly the cops side of the story. There is also a video that you can hear in the back ground someone saying the Michael Brown charged the cop.

Here is that video.

The part in question runs from about 6:00 minutes to 9:00. Its hard to hear, so you have to listen closely. Give it a listen and see what you think. There is the most around the 7 min mark and about 8:30. But all of it should be listened to.

Based upon that video, I don't know where you could get that he charged the police. He was already dead when the video started. The fact that the police car is far away from the body makes it seem unlikely that the kid charged him. I would agree that the rumor that he charged the police is just that a Rumor.

The video and the marijuana does not help the brown family in getting a conviction imo. 6 shots and one into the top of the head, if factual, do not help the officer imo.

Also read that the officer was treated for face injuries after the shooting and that that the first shot was fired from inside the cruiser. If so that only adds more weight to the officers story.

I have yet to hear that the police man had any marks on him. Where did you hear or read this? If the cop fired his first shot from his car, then how could the kid attack him if his body is so far away from the car.

he wa sa bad man. not innocent
got shot.

end of story

move along nothing to see here folks

Regardless if the kid was bad or not, he didn't deserve to be shot six times. How come we never hear about this stuff in white neighborhoods? Oh yeah there isn't any crime there. LOL.

Who is "they"?

Who is "they"?

Just forget it. You already have your mind made up. No sense in exploring the new. If I tried to tell you then you would just say 'I only read the first sentence, then I quit reading.' Hello? You still there.

I say it again. This is a great video

I don't know the exact truth, but my gut tells me this guy is right.

What's more likely?

Thug just robs store. Doesn't want to get arrested. Assaults cop trying to talk to him. Cop kills thug.

Or

Gentle Giant minding his own business(except robbing stores and bullying people) is gunned down by lunatic racist cop hell bent on killing a black kid "for no reason"

If the cop was shooting to wound then he was ignoring all of his training and the standard rules of engagement, ladder of force and basic common sense.

Yep, if it comes time to shoot someone, you are always taught to shoot to kill. This isn't TV where you can shoot the gun out of the bad guy's hand, or shoot them precisely in the knee to stop them. That stuff does not and cannot happen in real life.
