Really if we aren't getting quality young pieces or premium picks, there's not a lot of value there. I would also look for a big haul of 2nd rounders as far out as possible just so you can have some ammo for small trades.

I have no idea how many or what kind of 2nds they have, but I wouldn't give up two players for 2nds. If it's just KO I would want 3-4 seconds.

Super swaps where you can substitute the pick are valuable, otherwise it can be overdone.

Swaps would be super valuable if they can be swapped with 2-3 other picks you own. For instance we could be swapping the 29th pick from Minny for the 11th pick from GS if the standings were the same way next year. That’s INCREDIBLY valuable… would cost multiple firsts to jump that high.
