I think JC and KO are the parts we can "replace" and get future value for. It is hard to replace JC's scoring at volume but you can replace his contribution to winning with different pieces. KO i think is tougher to replace since he is such a unique guy but I think he's someone we can get by without if Tay Henny can give us something. At some point you have to swap good for great (even if it is okay now with hopes of being great later). KO isn't a guy that will be contributing in 2-3 years so if a good offer comes up then go ahead.

I'd like to keep KO one more year.

Maybe... maybe we just roll with Dunn and Sexton and see what happens. I like Kris. This is not what I would have expected a well known national nba geek to say. I think we can retain Kris and Tech at very team friendly numbers.

Yeah, will be interesting to see how the rest of the season goes if we keep pairing Dunn and Sexton.

Yes, but I do wish Jrue said he would have re-signed here. Look at how well Dunn is playing in the PG spot and imagine having Jrue there instead.

You can't trade Sexton and keep Lauri imo. If you trade Sexton you might as well go full rebuild

You can justify trading vets to help improve the future, but to convince Lauri you're are doing that by trading Sexton seems farfetched.

If I was Toronto I would do the Detroit pick for KO.

KO would be a great fit with Scotty. KO could also mentor Johntay, who looked promising for the Raptors.

Plus he's Canadian.

My money says he goes to the Lakers on a buyout. It's going to be something that makes everyone incredibly mad.
