Well my god it was easier to root for losses when we were garbage, and boring to watch, but now all I get is pleasure and joy when I watch. I can’t root for losses when the emotions coming out of me are pleasure and joy. I feel like the the grinch when he feels the Christmas spirit and his heart grows. I don’t like these feelings make them stop!!! Besides the jazz have done too much winning to tank we may as well trade for a star now and keep winning.

Couple notes from searching the web and pods this AM:

- Murray has a trade kicker that will be somewhat significant. Atlanta will pay it but it will push his contract number up 3M per year essentially. Instead of like 4/114 after this year its more like 4/126ish. May not change his value but slight ding to his trade value imo.

- Lavine's market sounds like they may have to attach stuff to get off of his deal. I'm not sure he's been awful since getting back but no one wants to touch that contract. Windy said there is a zero percent chance Lakers trade for him lol. With Collins improving his play and the market for Lavine being bad maybe we are spared here. Bulls might do better in the offseason.

Great stuff. I will add Indiana is dangling Hield plus a future first around the league seeing what the best player they could get with that is.

He must not like it there or may think he is too high priced or something. He is gonna miss them and they are gonna miss him if they break up.
 
I think we some sort of THT, but one that gets us back a vet instead of putting picks on the table for someone like Tyus.

Those are guys I could see us targeting and getting in return for THT.

With the good vibes, I’m not seeing a KO or JC trade. Collins has been much better, but if we move him the summer makes more sense.

Kennard could also likely be had for very minimal cost. No chance they extend his PO as it will put them over the tax.
 
It sounds like the Hawks are trying to attach Capela with Hunter or Murray in a deal. If you eat his deal that would mean less draft capital going out.
