I think we'd be sending a second in that one. Doug is still pretty valuable as a shooter imo. I would do it though. Doug might steal minutes from Simone and Ochai but he'd instantly be the best shooter on the team not named Lauri. Would fit well with stuff we run. He old but on an expiring who cares.

I do wonder if they could find multiple seconds for him somewhere.

Warriors also don't want more money for next year.

GS are funny... we want to only sell the ****** contracts people don't want, we'd like to keep any promising young guys we have, and we don't want to take on money.

Yeah, even THT for Dougy is a solid W for us. If we could sell him as THT the distributor. Even just for McDermott, that’s a decent return on the Beverley contract.
 
Doug's defense is Beasley like doe. IDK but I'd understand what they were going for.

Yeah but he’s a guy you’re throwing on the floor for 10-15 minutes to shake things up or bringing in for an offensive play at the end of games. View him more as a kicker.

We need to be playing Hendricks, not Doug.

We do need the guard depth in case of an injury.
 
If you have a guy like Sexton you dont bring in a ball dominant guy who doesnt complement and wants to take 17 shots per game.
