I think all 4 will be close record wise tbh. Clips and Raptors have topped out and Celtics and Jazz are on the rise.

at first glance 7 does seem a bit high, I could be convinced if the Grizzlies were ahead of us, given that they have made the playoffs in multiple seasons.
With that being said I'm getting very excited for this coming season

Not to mention a healed Alex Burks as well. Come to think of it, this might not be a half bad starting five...

The depth the Jazz have added this off season, between the Hill trade, the two free agents, and the recovery from injuries, is nothing short of amazing.
