This happened last year at least once, too. Make the switch from general ROOT to the Utah feed. Forgetting to turn the switch is stupid.

Stop spying on me. The worst part is that I live in cedar city and the guide even shows that it is supposed to be the Utah Jazz. Of course Root Sports has no phone number I can find. just some stupid email customer service. Damnit to hell!
 
Remember the NBA package is free right now so its on there also. Just using the Utah feed. Channel 755 on direct tv.
