Jenna Ellis was censured by a disciplinary judge in Colorado Wednesday, in the latest effort to hold accountable attorneys who boosted former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election reversal gambits.

Ellis signed a stipulation stating that several comments she made about the 2020 election violated professional ethics rules barring reckless, knowing or intentional misrepresentations by attorneys

If your ire were also directed at the police departments where this happens on a daily basis (within which several of the Jan 6 defendants work, IIRC), I would gladly join you in the condemnation. Until then, it's "chickens coming home to roost".

There is an example happening right now that touches on every point in your statement. The FBI was caught having destroyed evidence and lying under oath in a court case about their involvement in J6. It seems not all FBI agents are equally adept a destroying evidence and one agent only hid rows in the FBI's internal communication system, but when unhiding those rows it made clear that other rows in the FBI's Lync messaging system were deleted entirely, and those rows were related to internal requests to destroy evidence.

The judge hasn't ruled yet on throwing out the entire case against the defendant whose legal team found the evidence of the FBI's malfeasance but he did clear the courtroom immediately. The DOJ has now claimed the evidence the defense team found proving the FBI was destroying evidence is "classified" information the defense team cannot posses.

Exactly. Like I said, it isn't the democrats or the j6th committee that are putting people in jail. Its law enforcement/judges/lawyers/jurys etc. Which is made up of many many republicans and independent voters as well as democrats.

You keep saying things like "the committee was lying" and "creating mascots and false narratives" yet you dont give any examples of the lies or the mascots or false narratives. The committee and/or the democrats aren't putting Americans in jail. courts/judges/lawyers/law enforcement does that. There are plenty of republicans in positions in courtrooms and law enforcement agencies. Courts go by laws and evidence not convenient names or extreme looks.

This does not happen on a daily basis with police departments. Law enforcement lying on the stand is rare and knowingly destroying evidence is so uncommon that shows are made about it when it does. I won't say it never happens because it does and there is a procedure for when it happens but what I have never seen, ever, is for a police department employee getting caught in a lie and the federal government stepping in to declare the evidence of the lie to be classified.

As far as being consistent, I don't think you'll find a place where I have ever given support to holding back information to protect conservatives. I don't trust conservative government either.
