I thought he would've gotten the head coaching job at ASU. Color me confused.

Not all head coaches are a success out of the gate, and Musselman kind of was. Which is a hell of a lot more than most can say.

No doubt.
But we all know how the NBA does things.
Not enough wins = can the head coach immediately.

Hmm, kind of liked the idea of Mussleman. Oh well, Randy Livingston looks interesting too, so we'll have to see what happens.

Portland is the Stampede's only affiliate this season and they said they would not have Livingston back as head coach. He was a smart, smart player.

Randy Livingston isn't he the back-up point gaurd who's body fell apart?

Don't the Jazz already have two of those on the bench?

Musselman is failure as head coach. But as 3d assistant coach he might be ok. I would rather have Randy.

Jazz should consider themselves a little lucky if they can convince a guy who has had more head coaching experience/success than Corbin, to come and be Corbin's 3rd assistant or something like that.
Atleast offer him the 1st assistant spot. Hornacek and Lowe have'nt earned it yet.

In terms of coaching pedigree Jazz have one of the weakest benches out there amongst top teams.

Lowe's been an NBA head coach. Either Musselman or Livingston have had to run the show in both the DLeague and in the NBA as far as Musselman is concerned.
