Rebounding

Yikes Deron lead our team in rebounds yesterday with 5! Al Jeff with 4 and Sap with 2! Awesome we're still winning these games, but this issue has got to be resolved!

I noticed the same thing, and I agree. Lets keep winning, but lets rebound too. We will need to know how for the playoffs assuming we keep this up.

Thank you.
I wouldn't want anyone to mis-understand and assume Defensive Rebounding was the only thing that comprised Defense, or the same with Offensive Rebounding. :)

By the way, it looks like the Jazz have picked up their rebounding lately. I haven't checked, but am I right in guessing that the games that have been blowouts they have outrebounded the opponents?

This isn't a criticism as much as it is an observation based on his statistics, but I think of all our players, AK, given his height and athleticism, could improve the most in the rebounding department. Right now, he's averaging just 4.9 rebounds per night in almost 35 minutes per. Of everyone, he could improve a ton here, even if he's out on the perimeter a good amount. Sure, Jefferson and Sap could do better based on boxing out and such but I see Jefferson's limited athleticism and Millsap's height always being a handcuff to a degree. There is no reason AK though can't grab 6-6.5 rebounds a night.

AK seems to tip rebounds to someone else as often as he grabs them, I reckon. Does a tip count?
