Rebrand?

The note and the mountains looks weird to me. If they did a black jersey with the note I guarantee it would be a huge hit.
It's unbelievably stupid. No idea why Ryan/Company hate the Jazz name so much to the point where they are willing to put that kind of garbage concept together.

Is there another team in the league that doesnt have there actual team name on any of their jerseys? Seems like a soft-sell to change the team's name in the future.

I'm not going to make a big deal of this, but last season the Jazz were using Colin Sexton in virtually every marketing piece, treating him like a face of the franchise.

It's kind of wild reading normies reactions that people really like these. I guess the last rebrand was a huge success because it collectively lowered the expectations so much that these seem good to most.

Lol I was just about to make a post saying that the internet seems to love these.

The white ones especially I've seen called maybe the best jersey in the league now.

@YoungJefe can you help us out with some mock ups of the black jersey without the mountains and different colors for the note?

Maybe just a white note, a white and purple note, and I'd love to see the blue, yellow, green, blue note that should have never gone away.

Wow, real "Get off my lawn" crowd up in here.

Should change the name of the site to "People bitching about the Jazz.com"
Yeah, of course people should all have their own opinions on what they like but feels a bit too much of a spoiled children vibe.

"I want it my way and only the way I want it" and if it's not exactly and only what way is met with disgust.

There is an in-between where you can like them but not be your favorite and have your own ideas for improvement (which some have).

Also, it just feels flagrant there is no jersey with "Jazz" on it.
There is a KSL article about this very thing, I'll try to find and link it.

But it is intentional and it gave reasons, even if you or I disagree with those reasons, atleast there was a reason given

New KSL link
*Edit Fixed link to correct article *

This is some of what the link says
"Notably, the new jerseys do not feature the word "Jazz," instead the organization chose to go with "Utah" or the J-note logo. That is purposeful.

"Utah is so important to what we're doing," Barnes said. "I think, specifically, now having Utah on the front of our uniforms is important. We're one of the few teams in the NBA that represents an entire state and not a city."

Nothing wrong with calling out something that is mediocre. That's the only way that there is ever any accountability. Unfortunately I don't trust the jazz to get this right because they seem to be obsessed with designing something new rather than going to back to things that were already really good. It is probably an ego thing with Ryan Smith thinking his team can come up with something better. So far they are 0 and 2.
