Republicans created Trump

Many moderates are going to decide not to vote for her because the facts demonstrate that she is corrupt. I realize that the far left like you have no choice but to support her at this point. I'll bet you wish you could be backing a candidate with a lot less flaws, though.

First of all, I want Trump to win and not Hillary. To teach you all a lesson and possibly give the US a blow it will never recover from, but still, I want Trump to win.

And who cares about whether a politician is a liar, corrupt, or whatever? Don't you vote based on what they're going to do and what they promise to do? I sure as hell do. I don't vote based on their moral value system. I don't care if they cheat on their spouses, lie, cover up their lies, drink, get DUIs or whatever else. I vote based on who I believe will do a better job.

If you believe Trump will do a better job than Hillary(and you do, so stop pretending and beating around the bush), then say so. Say so and offer specific evidence from their platforms and from things they've said and promised. But don't pretend like Hillary is as bad if not worse than Trump in order to justify yourself supporting Trump. Which is what you're obviously doing.

You are a world class buffoon.

Ah, I see, we're now going with insults because you cannot answer my simple question. I'll repeat it, just in case you want to pretend you don't know what I'm asking.

What specific policies has Hillary outlined in her platform, talked about in her speeches, or even tweeted, that will be ruinous to your country?

And if you're game, here's another couple. What specific religious, ethnic, cultural, gender, identity groups has Hillary insulted or belittled during her campaign? What public figures, domestic and foreign, has she insulted or belittled in her campaign?

Hillary has used her power for corrupt purposes. She and her husband have earned speaking fees of as much as three quarters of a million dollars for one event. Do you think that's because they are so incredible at inspiring a crowd? Why do you think the payers of those fees have benefited to the tune of tens of millions of dollars and more as a result of decisions that the Clinton's have made subsequent to the speeches.

I called you a buffoon partly because you claim to want the worst for America, but also because you want to pretend that Hillary's lies are meaningless, when anyone who cares to look into them knows that they are anything but that. I recommend that you don't look into the uranium deal that Hillary made with Putin or the massive donations that came to the Clinton Foundation and the speaking fees that Bill earned in Moscow at virtually the same time if you want to maintain your claim that her lies and corruption are something we must accept from our politicians. Don't look into what the Clinton's did for Hati after the earthquake either because it would destroy your apparent impression of who they are. Then again, you have already admitted to wanting the worst for our country so you probably think this stuff is good.

Will Trump will put his country before himself? I doubt it. He is all about gaming the system.

And all things being equal between Trump and Clinton gaming the system, JimLes' questions are important. Who has Hillary insulted or belittled during the campaign? And who has Trump insulted or belittled?

This is the essence of why Trump could be dangerous as President. He is chronically tempestuous. Even the smallest matters upset him and elicit vindictive responses.

Do you view his personal and group attacks as a strength or a weakness?

Again Joe, ask yourself-- why is every elected Republican against that policy? Every Canadian employer is required by law to give employees time off to vote on election day. Your anecdote doesn't answer my question :)

This is a very valid point all around against republicans, but I also get Joe's p.o.v. as well. By far the largest recent problem IMO is republicans doing a whole lot of gerrymandering to maintain voting privilege. (And no, I'm not providing you and Cockroach an article.)

I could be convinced but I don't think a national holiday to vote will do anything to increase voter turnout. I am surprised you think this is really that big of an issue. I am, however, in favor of rules that increase access to voting such as Utah's recent measure to create proxy voting by mail. I have not seen Ballot boxes in more successful neighborhoods but I have seen them in areas in Rose Park (one of the poorer areas of Utah). I would like to see more of this access to voting, even if the voices might tend to be against what I believe.

**Edit** I've been attempting some research and here is what I have found: Self described conservatives and liberals each represent an equal portion of the welfare population. The reason I chose welfare was apolitical. It was because I thought that was possibly the best way to objectively measure outcome as the voting base has no excuse for needing a day off to vote.

It turns out welfare recipients do not represent anywhere near the voter outcome % as the affluent. Anecdotally, all this tells me that a national holiday would do little to represent the democratic ticket that is being pushed for by the voter holiday democrats.

To piggyback on that, without gerrymandering we would likely have a whole lot more moderate republicans as well as democrats, and y'all could finally stop bitching for a third, fourth, umteenth party to emerge.

He was one of the more popular Presidents in recent history.

How is this different than Congressspeople becoming lobbyists?

The uranium deal timeline:

She was one part of a five-person panel. Was everyone that corrupt? If not, how did her lone voice sway everyone else?

The Clintons were hardly unusual in that regard. Much American assistance was misguided.
