OK so how many reps are considered "spreading" reps around. I wanted to positive rep someone again, but I haven't sent him anything for a while and it says I need to spread some around. It's gotta be a half dozen or so in between right now. So what is the setting for that?

Right now it's set for 10. (That's something I can edit, but I haven't touched that particular setting since the new board software started.)
