Reputation Comments, positive and negative

You want to know one thing that really pisses me off about this whole reputation business? It's when I want to give rep to a post, but I can't because I get the message that I need to spread it around first -- and then I get the message that I've given out too much over the past 24 hours.

And by the time I finally get those two impediments out of the way, I either can't remember or can't find the posts that I wanted to rep in the first place.

Anyone else ever have that problem? Does it piss you off too?

Yeah, let's get it fixed so that you can give the same person rep more frequently. If something deserves +rep it shouldn't matter if I gave them rep recently. It just causes me to hand out rep willy nilly until I clear enough to give the original poster the rep I want to give them.

Would it be possible to allow more frequent +rep while keeping the -rep the same? I can see not wanting to allow someone to vindictively -rep someone over and over.
