Haha. I wrote my post just above before I read this.

It was referencing Treasure of the Sierra Madre, by the way. A Bogart film. I first saw Sierra Madre ~10 years after having seen UHF (and after having watched UHF ~10 times), and I just about fell out of my chair when I heard the "Badges? Badges?" line because I had never known where it was from.
