I simply can't believe you people are being like this to Donovan. He had been in Salt Lake for 5 minutes and he was already doing more in the community than almost everybody on the team. They named a bridge after him because he's fake? Because he didn't kiss Rudy's *** after Rudy acted like an idiot?

Guys like you are why this fan base is considered so ignorant. Donovan is genuine and charismatic. If anything, Donovan showing emotion over this whole Rudy Covid thing shows MORE transparency and authenticity than just sweeping it under the rug and being cool with it.

Honestly, what does he have to gain in the lockerroom, the community, in his wallet by being upset at Rudy? You guys are so stupid. You don't deserve Donovan.

I'm just saying bro, I'm not perfect but pushing his brand and name that's one thing but he just seems more for himself than for others, like he does things to get recognized and is just wanting to network. just my take

dude I'm from Toronto, and in saying that I've been a jazz fan for over 30 years, Dont be all about the Donovan koolaid, Rudy tho he fd up is a better leader and a franchise guy, Mitch just looks out for himself

Donovan knows the game. He knows what it's like to be a pro athlete and celebrity. He learned this growing up around the Mets. He knows the image he wants to project. But that said, I think he's genuine. He has genuine enthusiasm, he's good natured, and people gravitate towards him. I don't think he's fake.

I want to like him and I do as a player but when he talks I'm like oh here comes the bs. This is Rudy and Joe's team, Mitchell though he is young has a lot to learn. He should humble himself for real and respect his elders. That's if he is really humble...

I like Donovan. But with the information we have this isn't a great look for a guy who has said he is what he is and the commitment he has is as deep as he says it is. Donovan has literally been treated like a king by the fanbase since he got here, and yeah it's okay to say he didn't handle this great at least with available information.

now you are seeing it bro, it's sad though dont want this to be the Hayward sequel. Rudy will stay though and be more loyal

We’ll see. I still think he’s 23 and I’m not holding this completely against him, but it’s not great.
