Yet you can go look at shot type, shot distribution, assisted vs non-assisted shots, usage stats, and many others to paint a clear picture of how different the two players are.Neither one of them are post players, so

Yup, and he runs about 8x as many, if not more, than those than CJ Miles does a season.Hood is leaps and bounds better than CJ in the PNR, one of the most important skills for a guard in today's game. Hood will pick it up w/ Gobert back in Rubio-less lineups.
Searches for CJ Miles. Good find!At first I was like ...NO Way. Then I searched for an image of Rodney Hood and CJ Miles (Notes to kids, don't search for CJ Miles at work) but I couldn't find an image of CJ and Rodney together. So I starts to think that maybe they are the same guy, it would explain why "young Rodney" is hurt so often if he really is "old man CJ Miles", but then I found this image here:
and I thought Hah, they can't be the same guy cause there they both are, but then I noticed Rodney's head was turned so I can't really tell if it was him.
Probably.Would CJ Miles have had a better career if Snyder was his coach instead of Sloan?

If a post-up players shoots the same percentage as a PG does that make them the same player?
Possibly, but could have also been worse. I think a discipline oriented coach like Sloan might have been what a guy like Miles needed at his young age.Would CJ Miles have had a better career if Snyder was his coach instead of Sloan?

I’m cold with a rich mans CJ Miles, but I don’t want to pay 20M/ year for it.
