Rudy's comments

The way Mitchell is playing right now, he's likely to be an All Star this year, especially with both Steph and Klay out with injuries. Meanwhile, Rudy has to contend with Anthony Davis, Karl Towns and Nikola Jokic to make the All Star roster. Not an easy draw.

To those of you saying it’s Conley Rudy’s comments extend to last season when there was no Conley.

When you put it like that man I really don’t know. Making it is going to be extremely tough. Still going to be tough for DM as well. I get what Rudy’s saying. It’s easier said than done. I agree Dante is the best at it out of the current options and hopefully he is back soon. To any of you taking shots at Dante you need to stfu.

I think Rudy's comments were really directed at Donovan. Donovan is the guy who has the ball in 4th quarters and drives time and again. It's like Rudy is saying he feels a bit neglected on offense when Donovan takes over.

Rudy cares about his individual recognition. He was down trodden about missing the All Star game last year. He knows he needs to be seen as a solid offensive player to get that recognition this year.

My thoughts are Rudy should have developed a single post move and then a counter/variation off of that, at least, to say this.

Outside of a lob, he looks terrible 9/10 times with the ball in his hands longer than 2 seconds, inside the paint.
I made this suggestion a year ago and got crucified for it

For sure. I’m just talking about him backing someone down. Like you back your arse into the couch

I won't even touch the las thing you backed down, I'll leave that for the professionals at the local sexual health clinic.

This is a red flag.

My expectations for the season are certainly down reading that.

Now if Conley starts blaming others for his poor performance I think I'll just tune the Jazz out for a while.

Rudy was pretty much maxed out in my book of how highly I regard athletes. He has now dropped down a peg. And it's not easy to get a max rating in my book, so there's a good chance he'll never max out again, even if nothing else like this ever happens again.
