If Deron is hurt, he should rest. We'll need him for the next 2 games. No reason to play injured.

Fesenko doing a good job at preventing shots in the paint from going in.

Including his own.

(To put things in perspective, Elson and Fes came away with the same # of points and RBs.)

Fes is 0-3 from the charity stripe tonight. 2 for 15+ since the Laker game (playoffs?) in free throws, says Locke.

Elson/Jefferson, Fesenko, Miles, Price, and Watson outscored the Kings 23 to 10 in the first 8 minutes of the 2nd quarter.

This combination benefitted greatly from a 13-point barrage by CJ.

I still am skeptical of the value of playing Elson and Fesenko together, but it's clear that the defense is superior with either or both out there. In the second quarter, all but two baskets by the Kings were from 3-point range or the charity stripe.

Yeah, but he's committing stupid fouls, makes the Jazz play 4 on 5 on offense, didn't secure a rebound on the baseline like he should have. Kind of a poor effort, in all actuality.
