Lets sign the Mailman as a player-coach and let him play 10-12 minutes per game 5-6 minutes per half as a back up big. I think by putting him on a pitch count he woulld be fairly effective. It might hurt the tank though.

Today's NBA is not equipped to handle the Mailman.

I think it'd be a big success of we brought him off the bench and played Al ball to help him get the scoring title. In one way it would facilitate tank and in another draw national interest.

He'd have to score 18pts a game...

Could you imagine Malone in his prime playing against the sissy clowns in the NBA now? I dare not dream such devastation.

I don't see why we couldn't just cut some of our bench players and get a reunion together with Stockton, Malone, and Big Dogg.

What no props?

The Trib article today said what great shape he is in at age 50. Heck the last player coach I can remember was either Dave Cowens or Lenny Wilkens. If we kept him to limited minutes this could work. Also if someone is going with abandon to the hoop, he could be put in as the goon to enforce justice in the paint.
