I am late to this thread, but have some decent experience in this area, so will offer my thoughts. Ironically, I am not a "boob man". Just someone who has experienced things a bit.
Silicone feels SOOOOO much better. People with Saline tend to overfill the implant which makes them more round and appear more perky, but they are hard as a rock. Silicone feels real. My ex-wife had over-filled saline that were ridiculously hard. Not only that but she was a fitness queen... it was like water-filled plastic bags with a thin layer of skin on them. Not attractive to look at naked, not attractive to play with. The only benefit was how she looked with clothes on because she had a major paunch from childbirth and it helped distract from how far her tummy stuck out.
Another thing that affects them is over-muscle versus under-muscle. Under-muscle can look more natural. And if it's over-muscle... you better hope she's not a fitness queen, cuz they look hideous. Like my ex did.
And what's with the hate against how silicone look? For those of you that can tell the difference by looking, kudos to you. Saline is easier to identify when they're overfilled because they look like balloons, not boobies. But when not overfilled, I can't tell they're fake, but can't tell what type until I actually get my hands on them.
Regardless, a nice, well structured set of naturals is by far most preferable. I know some women are self-conscious about the scars left after a "boob lift", but I don't mind them at all and the work makes them look wonderful. And then they still feel as great as ever. Of course, that's contingent upon having enough there to allow for a boob-lift and still have some volume... in which case some people need to add implants so they have volume anyways.
OK, that's all I got. Flame away.
