I think it's still possible for the Jazz to find a third team in the Conley deal that's interested in a Rubio S&T.

Jazz would retain the full MLE, and be able to use Favors and/or Exum in trades.

That's the path to getting Harris (S&T) and Portis/Mirotic (MLE).

Not likely, but possible.

I can't even remember when the last sign and trade deal was done in the NBA.

Yeah, with the new CBA they removed most of the incentives to do it.

Jabari is coming to Utah. Ive been speaking it into existence for a while now.

The stars are aligning. You cant deny it.

Tobias = too expensive
Portis = restricted
Favors = not going anywhere
Jabari = FA = stock has dropped, scoring machine, has family and a home in Utah. Gonna get his rebirth here.

Everyone else =not coming/we have no assets or money.

Jabari is a scoring machine and Quin will find a way to make him reach his potential. Ya'll gonna be eating your words real soon.

Portis is one of the players I wanted to draft and he fell pretty good in the draft from where he was projected. I would love to have him on the team. He'd be a great fit as long as he doesn't try and punch anyone in the face.
