I say bring D-Will in, put him in a game, and let Hayward chuck the basketball at him. Then you can immediately pull him from the game and cut him.

god damn, that's one of the dumbest things I've ever read on this site. You're obviously still running from some childhood traumas... holding on to **** this long usually means something dark is lurking. Right, Dalamon?
I think it was a joke...
he was dead serious. super dead.
There are stars available, but to get Butler, George, or Lillard, you likely have to give up Hayward or Gobert. If you give up Gobert you lose your team identity, and I'm not sure, if we are talking about winning more games, George, Butler or Lillard help you win more games.
Lillard is an unmitigated dumpster fire on defense (albeit a terrific offensive player) and Hayward is having a better season than George according to basically every advanced metric. Butler probably a little better than Hayward, but probably not worth trading Hayward for him and Bulls would probably not do that anyway.
If you are suggesting we can get these stars without trading Hayward or Gobert lets go for it, but I am quite incredulous anything else we have gets it done.

Is that as bad as your remember it?

Bogut and DWill were not at practice today. Carlisle said with the trade deadline tomorrow, read what you want into it.
so we know for sure something is going down...just hope the Jazz are involved in it.The fruit is ripe....

Hill will still be our starter even with D-will onboard, so I don't think it will change his feelings about playing for the Jazz. And yes, Exum would be our 3rd String PG, but with the way the Jazz have been cursed with injuries, I honestly think he will still get playing time and he'll now have another savvy vet to learn from.I still don't know how I feel about it though.
Will it impact Hill's decision about re-signing with us (if we still want him).
How will it impact Exum? Will he become our 3rd string PG?
