If he did pick the Celtics and it leaked why would they say no decision has been made if all they are going to do is later announce he's going to the Celtics?

If the truth comes out at most you just respond by saying "Hayward is going to make his official announcement later today" and leave it at that. You don't say the report is untrue if it is true. Or do you? None of this makes any damn sense. Just announce already Hayward, there's no way you don't know. All the cards from the FOs are on the table. Pick the winner!
