Steve Jobs dead at 56

RIP. I wasn't a fan of most Apple products, but you certainly changed the world.
 
I also am no big fan of Apple products or as a company, but I certainly feel for his family and recognize the irrefutable influence he had on our modern world. He will be missed.

So true. Off the top of my head I can't think of anyone of his generation who's been a greater visionary.

I hope he at least died knowing his company's stock closed up on the day.

I'm with Colton and Logg -- I despise everything Apple, so therefore, I couldn't care less about Steve Jobs. It's always sad when someone dies, so I'll send along my condolences to his family/friends. Hopefully, Apple goes down the crapper, again.

He had a huge impact. Sad time for his family....
 
Man everyone here ripping on apple products. Atleast he made quality products that don't crap out after a year. Not to mention all other companies are trying to catch up with them.


Though them not making a deal with flash player was a misstep.
 
It's seems very odd to me that some of you have such strong feelings about a company that you feel as if you have to qualify your condolences.
 
I think most people don't realize the shear genius that it takes to invent something and then convince people they need to own it.

100 years from now they'll be talking about Jobs like they talk about Edison now.
