LOL!!! I've never had anything like that before. But you've probably gotten yourself on some sort of watch list now.

I get one continually where a friendly guy's voice starts with "Oh, thank heavens for voice mail..." and then launches into a spiel about gutter cleaning or window washing

Yeah, and if you insist it isn't a real person it suggests that maybe it's just because we have a bad connection. I don't get having an automated voice lie about being an automated voice.

And the kicker is the people who made it must have thought they did a really good job making it sound like a real person...but they didn't.

especially when it happens with a new business whose permit to open specifies that they have to provide a certain minimum number of parking spaces so they qualify by making impossibly small spaces

even worse when you've got some ginormous Escalade taking up three of the spaces
