Antelope is my favorite, then elk, then deer. Honestly, it depends on what it's been eating and whether it was running a lot when you killed it or not. Impacts the taste a lot. Antelope is sweeter than beef, leaner, and I just prefer the taste. Important to get the ice pack down right away if it's hot out when you shoot it.

The income tax is unconstitutional for one. The money we earn for working should be considered our private property. We already give back our time and energy for it, the same time and energy I don't want to spend arguing with a jackass.
