I've been bidding on a new house to buy, the ****ing real estate **** has been pissing in my pocket all day, to the point that i want to kill him. Said to me he'd have an answer one way or another tonight, I called him, the *****erg said oh the vendor wants to sleep on it. I'm guessing tomorrow morning there a new call to shake down some more money, the reply from my end will be somewhat different.

****ing estate agents are the actual scum of the earth!!!!!

It is the ultimate conflict of interest. They care about exactly 2 things: closing the sale as fast as possible and getting the highest commission possible. Both of which go against buyers, pushing you to settle and stop looking AND pay the highest price they can wring out of you, and sellers as well, rushing them to accept offers to close the sale ASAP. It is borderline a full-on scam.


So of course it is what I am going to do in my retirement!

To relax im currently arguing with my cat about who the bed belongs to and who us the master of the house.
