Many current buzzwords and phrases drive me nuts.

Out of pocket. What the hell does this even mean?

Align. Gain alignment. Aligning. Ugh

Optics. Let's align on the optics on this problem.

Ask. Did you get some optics on that ask from Bob?

Laser focus. My boss says this literally every time she takes a breath. I'm positive she probably mumbles it in her sleep.

Utilize. Why not just use the thing?

Ok, everyone. If we all utilize laser focus we may be able to align ourselves and respond to this ask by LogGrad98. If not, well the optics won't be good.
