Well, naivety is part of it. When you join one of the largest insurance brokers in the state, you assume that they are on the up & up with your commissions. I started noticing things seemed off about a year ago and started keeping my own records (which admittedly, I should've been doing from the get-go). I still wasn't able to "prove" anything fishy because I only had my records, and I was given half-assed excuses, etc. whenever I opened my mouth about things. It wasn't until we got a new server this last week and while it was brand new and fresh, all of the passwords and protections of the MAIN database were open. (if they would've known, they would've crapped) I was able to go through everything with a fine-toothed comb. The **** hit the fan last week, and it's still flying all over the place. When it's all said and done, I'm sure I'll be terminated; I've been more than vocal about how I feel about liars and thieves, i.e. the owner and his jackass managers. Three thousand bucks is a lot of money for a fat guy like me, but even if it were thirty dollars, I'd still be mad as hell and out for blood.

If they're wrong, ****'m .. get yours. If they did it on purpose, take more.
Like I said, I'm not interested in damages for me. I'm going to assume that it has been in error, and give them the chance to make it right. I've got a few bits of information that the Utah Insurance Commission would love to know, and my employer knows this. I'm hoping that that is as far as it needs to go.

Are people doing this on purpose, in the pet peeves thread?
Maybe it's already been mentioned, but put your ****ing phone away while you're at a restaurant. I don't need to hear how little Joey wants to have a sleepover or how Uncle Dave got an infection that gave him serious diarrhea, especially while you're sitting next to me at Tepanyaki. Can we not have a phone free zone for an hour? And then the texts...
