The worst is truckers who decide they want to pass another 18 wheeler and change lanes when you are coming up on them fast. You have to slow way down while they take 10 miles to pass the truck to the left of them that's only moving 2-3 mph slower than them. You end up going 55-60 mph hour stuck behind some dumbass that is essentially killing both lanes of traffic.

In fact, anybody that changes into the fast lane without gauging the speed of upcoming traffic is a D-bag. Just wait the 30 seconds until I pass you before jumping into the fast lane.

This this this! Particularly when there are only 2 lanes.

Sometimes it really does seem like they are intentionally trying to obstruct traffic though. It might very well be a Utah thing, and I think it's even more prevalent in Utah county. I had to drive through Utah county yesterday which is what brought on my blood rage.

There's a common term 'round these parts called a "Mormon road block." It's when cars all going the same slow speed are side by side blocking all the lanes on the freeway with a huge cluster of traffic behind them.

People definitely do it on purpose sometimes. I've had people speed up, get in front of me, then slow down to be dicks.

When I do it is when I've been on a long road trip and I'm somewhat zoned out.
 
People who stand at a crosswalk pushing the button over and over.

Once the button is pushed once it does every damn thing it's going to do for you, sweetheart.

Like using a message board to tell (usually bragging) about stuff in their life constantly. Every now and then? Sure, make a big deal. But some people's lives are pretty wrapped up in message boards. Maybe not a pet peeve more something that is just weird.
