Summer 2015: FIBA games of Utah Jazz players

Germany definitely the unluckiest team. Losing on a last second basket to Serbia, having Gallinari hit the shot to force OT and then Schroder missing the FT.

Any other group and they are probably through. If they were in Group D they may have very well won that group.

Turkey going to overtime against Iceland. A little embarrassing.

THEY SAY "WE'RE A DEFENSIVE MINDED TEAM" AND THAN THAT ICELAND CRAP SCORES 102 AGAINST US!!!

Hayward would play center on Iceland.

Why the hell u play Overtime?????
JUST WHY???
GO LOSE THE GAME WHO GIVES A THING?
Starting 5 played the whole OT. Is this a prank?

The first thing they'll say after being butt kicked by France will be "We were tired. We played OT."

I'm soooo pissed off.

France finally played well. Didn't see the game but it looks like Israel has a center that is even taller than Rudy? What do they feed these guys in Europe?

I see your point. Turkey had nothing to gain with a win. They were going to finish 4th no matter what. But would a loss to Iceland and then France cost the national team coach his job? Maybe that explains his strategy in OT.

He'll quit regardless. He already stated that.

Then his strategy does seem strange.
And I just want to say I admire all of you Jazz fans from Turkey who have stayed with us despite the fact Memo is retired and Kanter was traded. Same with any Jazz fans from Russia or any other non-US country without someone from that nation currently on the team.

Thank you so much
Been a Jazz fan since I was 9.
Was a fan before Memo signed a deal with us but inevitably he was the one who made the Jazz popular in Turkey. People here really liked that mid 2000's Jazz team with young Deron, prime Memo, prime Boozer and a slowly declining Kirilenko. Jazz games were being aired regularly. Now i don't even remember when did i last watched a Jazz game with Turkish commentary. I think it was 12-13 season against Spurs when Marvin hit the corner 3 to force OT.

One guy was mad at me because i was frustrated about Enes trade and the Jazz getting nothing. He said something like "from Turkey, join date June 2011 lolololol"
My join date is june 19th 2011, he couldn't even recognize it was before the draft.

Loooong post again. Thanks again Stifle Tower.

Well the ironic thing is that Israel is in Asia, but they play in Eurobasket. One poster believes it is due to the belief that a lot of the muslim countries in Asia would boycott playing against them. If Israel played in Asia they would be the favorites to win that tournament.
