I think people are overreacting to the events that occur far away from them. Especially men should remember the number of female teachers they used to fantasize about when doing their thing. I don't know maybe it's the same for the women. These are the ages that teenagers are most unstable about the sexual experiences. There is no wrong in giving even death penalty to rape cases. But we have to remember that most of the time, there is something beyond what has been told. For example the statement that said about the male teacher that he got close to the family, gained their trust and exploited it makes me thinking about something else directly. Most of the time, the family or someone in the family sets things up. Or kid can egg him on. But the adult teacher has to stay solid against it and remember it's a crime. So no penalty would be unfair too. Setting an example is the right way. There are a lot of perverts in this world that will think of doing bad things to your children. They should be killed ten thousand times.
