I don't recall exactly what (and I'm too lazy to look it up), but there was something under discussion in the mod forum which may or may not have resulted in his 5th infraction. He went off on Jason calling him petty and vindictive, etc., so Jason banned him. I would be extremely surprised to ever see him come back under that screen name. I'm fully expecting him to continue to be a major pain in the *** with multiple alts.

All that stuff is clearly just a joke though. I don't see it as something that is legitimately compromising the potential for others to enjoy the forum. On the contrary, I think it actually provides some humor, but I guess I could see how it would get annoying to the mods.

The fact of the matter is that he was up for debate on his tenth infraction in a year. He picked that time to antagonize the site owner. Not exactly a genius idea.

It was funny for a day.. after that he was just trolling Jason.. admitted he would likely get banned for it if he kept pushing..

like him or hate him, it's hard to feel any amount of sorry for him, imo.

Jason was in the wrong IMO. He banned me for just putting a message he sent me into my avatar.

If I'm over at someone's house and they're acting unreasonable or treating me in a way I don't like I don't sit in their living room telling them how to act and explaining to their other guests what's wrong with what they're doing. I leave their house.

We're all in Jason's house as I see it. Some people think it's okay to put their feet on Jason's couch and then complain about being told to get them off. Doesn't make sense to me.

In a way, the good posters who get banned are like Karl Malone and Jason is like Greg Miller. We stir the pot and bring controversy, and Jason bans us from hanging out here. JUST LIKE GREG MILLER DOES TO KARL MALONE!!!

For one, lets say you go to somebody's house and they're demanding ridiculous things, like saying that you can't make fun of your friends while you're there, or you have to only say positive things, you can't complain at all. Are you going to go back to that house? Probably not.

Some rules are ok, some rules are ridiculous. Based on how the majority of other sites act, it seems like more rules here are ridiculous than not. It's very PC here.

To be more precise, Jason gave a guy an infraction for that (well, for railing on the moderation/administration staff in general, as well as on Jason in specific). It just happened to also be that guy's fifth infraction.
