Pre-covd to post-covid is not a great comparison, but the numbers did rise substantially since 2020.

Pretty positive 2020 was significantly higher than 2016, so I’m not sure Covid is impacting the numbers like you’re insinuating.
My insinuation was that covid19 caused a huge jump in early/absentee voting.
