The bases, including the US Army garrison in Stuttgart, Germany where US European Command is headquartered, raised their alert level to Force Protection Condition “Charlie” on Sunday, the officials said.

So homelessness is criminalized, meaning we just launched a new astronomically expensive housing initiative. Now we will house homeless people in one of the most expensive types of housing on the planet, jail.
Guess we better start building more jails. Sorry kids, your new school will have to wait, 50 kids in a class is fine. What we really need is to house homeless people in the most expensive and least desirable way possible.
This is certainly what the police should spend their time doing. Overtime on top of overtime. I don't know why, since their job is so so hard, but I don't know anyone who loves overtime more than cops.
